In 2009, we came across the PeoplesHR HRIS through a business acquaintance and it immediately attracted our attention to explore the system. We explored a couple of other systems during the same period but we decided to go ahead with PeoplesHR because of the capabilities and features that they had in their server-based system back then. The system implementation project went smoothly as the project managers assigned to manage the project were knowledgeable and were able to understand our requirements. Fast forward to 2017, we were introduced to the cloud version of the same system and we immediately agreed to implement this version of the system. Again, the project managers/engineers were able to complete the data migration within the stipulated time frame without any hiccups.
