PeoplesHR, along with their Kenyan partner Global Frontiers, participated in the 10th Annual National HR Congress held at Sarova Whitesands, Mombasa, Kenya. The event, organized by the Institute of Human Resource Management (iHRM) Kenya, took place from June 4th to 7th, 2024, and attracted over 1,000 HR professionals.
This year’s theme, “Rules to Results: Amplifying HR Compliance in an Ever-Changing Landscape,” focused on navigating the complexities of HR compliance in a dynamic environment. PeoplesHR showcased its HCM system and its latest features to attendees, highlighting its capabilities in streamlining HR processes and ensuring compliance.
Luxsho Logan, Vice President of Global Sales at PeoplesHR, addressed the audience on the topic of “From Innovate to Comply: Tech-Driven HR Compliance Strategies.” His presentation likely explored how HR professionals can leverage technology to achieve both innovation and compliance within their organizations.
“According to my research, a significant portion, up to 80% of businesses, are finding success with HR technology in reducing compliance errors. This highlights the growing importance of these tools. Furthermore, a substantial number of companies, nearly half at 46%, are specifically using HR information systems, or HRIS platforms, to ensure compliance. These findings demonstrate the valuable role HR technology plays in streamlining compliance efforts.” Highlighted Luxsho, during his presentation.
The conference provided a valuable platform for PeoplesHR to connect with HR professionals in Kenya, share their expertise in HR solutions, and contribute to the ongoing conversation about effective HR practices.
