PeoplesHR is a user friendly product and helps us to capture useful employee information. During this pandemic one of the most useful features I noticed was the virtual fingerprint and the mobile check/out feature. Since we are working from home, these two features help us to capture attendance even though we are not physically present in the office. Also due to safety measures we have asked our colleagues not to use the fingerprint machine at office. We decided to continue to log in using the virtual fingerprint and mobile check in/out.

In 2009, we came across the PeoplesHR HRIS through a business acquaintance and it immediately attracted our attention to explore the system. We explored a couple of other systems during the same period but we decided to go ahead with PeoplesHR because of the capabilities and features that they had in their server-based system back then. The system implementation project went smoothly as the project managers assigned to manage the project were knowledgeable and were able to understand our requirements. Fast forward to 2017, we were introduced to the cloud version of the same system and we immediately agreed to implement this version of the system.
