Lexi AI Insights is smarter, and now on mobile. A more capable model now understands your organizational hierarchy. You can bookmark useful chats and pull up workforce answers on your phone before you walk into a meeting.

One agent for HR, pay and time. Lexi Super Agent now runs on a multi-agent orchestrator, so you no longer pick an agent first. Ask to take leave and it checks your balance, asks what it needs and submits the request. You can even see how it worked it out.

Off-cycle payslips in self-service. Bonuses, reimbursements and the 13th-month payslip can be viewed and downloaded from the self-service portal, the mobile app or Lexi, like any monthly payslip.

Catch payroll errors before you run. A new pre-processing validation widget flags issues as information, warnings or blockers, such as a missing currency rate, duplicate pay items or an invalid bank. You choose which checks run and how severe each one is.

Work from anywhere, with control. Employees can clock in remotely. Punches from a designated location are approved automatically, and anything outside it can go to a supervisor to approve or decline.

Compliance updates for three countries. BIR file generation from payroll data in the Philippines, an updated lump-sum tax calculation in Sri Lanka, and employer contribution and Coretax files in Excel for Indonesia.
