Why Manufacturers choose PeoplesHR

‘’Brandix being one of Sri Lanka’s largest employers, has 60,000 direct employees and an equal number of indirect employees. So when there is a large head count we need to make sure that the systems that we use is; 1. Reliable to cater to the complex procedures like payroll. 2. Scale as the headcount keeps increasing and if the system cannot keep up it would be a problem 3. As a business which is constantly innovating and transforming, we need a solutions provider who understands our needs and quickly enables us to get those needs across with speed. PeoplesHR has been extremely customer centric which has made it helpful for us.’’
Ishan Dantanarayana,

" We migrated to PeoplesHR to increase our efficiency, productivity and reporting capabilities because they are the best in Sri Lanka."
Chamara Karunarathna,

"Compared to what was available in the market, PeoplesHR is straightforward, user friendly, accurate and high in quality."
Punya Nanayakkara,
PeoplesHR is a user friendly product and helps us to capture useful employee information. During this pandemic one of the most useful features I noticed was the virtual fingerprint and the mobile check/out feature. Since we are working from home, these two features help us to capture attendance even though we are not physically present in the office. Also due to safety measures we have asked our colleagues not to use the fingerprint machine at office. We decided to continue to log in using the virtual fingerprint and mobile check in/out.
